A demo for testing

This edition uses sample tickets. Your test accounts, tickets and replies stay on your phone and are not sent to Eskdale. For a real problem, use website support.

A standalone app. You do not need Expo Go or a connection to our development computer.

  1. Open this page on your Android phone and download the APK.
  2. Open the downloaded file. If asked, allow your browser to install this app.
  3. Open Eskdale Support and create a demo account.

iPhone and iPad

Install the native app through Apple's TestFlight. You will need the TestFlight app and our invitation link.

The new iPhone and iPad build is being prepared. Its verified installation link will appear here when ready.

What to try

Create a demo account, raise a ticket and add a reply. Close the app and open it again to check that your demo activity is saved.

Tell us your phone model, what you tried and what happened. Please send feedback through website support, rather than a ticket inside the demo.
